Introduction

Welcome to our Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent. On the public pages listed below this includes a recording of the session that can be replayed — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the page as it was drawn — not only a count of visits.
  • Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our services
  • To notify you about changes to our services
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
  • To monitor the usage of our services
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Session Recording, and the Pages Where It Is Switched Off

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used. Clarity does more than count page views: it records a session that we can replay afterwards — the page as it was drawn, mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — and it sets its _clck and _clsk cookies the moment you arrive, before you click anything.

Because the thing on your screen here is your own video, Clarity is limited in two ways:

  • It is not loaded at all on the pages that show your media or your account. That means the dashboard, the studio, any job or result page, every page under /settings (including billing), every page under /auth, the admin pages, and shared result links. On those pages the script is never fetched, so there is nothing to replay.
  • On the public pages where it does run, the tool area is masked. The upload area, the frame preview and the result player are replaced with placeholder shapes in your browser, before anything is sent. Those pixels never leave your device.

Both limits are enforced in our code — a path check at the single place the script is injected, and a masking attribute on the tool container — not by a setting in an analytics dashboard that someone could switch back. A test in our suite turns red if an excluded page is dropped from the list.

Other Third-Party Services

We may employ other third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
